I spent two decades in banking. I started as a Trader, but eventually found myself in a role that didn’t use my strengths and left me questioning my value. I was doing everything “right,” yet it still felt misaligned—and I couldn’t shake the feeling that my potential was being underused.

Once I learned to think from the perspective of decision makers and pair that with deliberate manifestation, everything shifted. I created opportunities to work in Singapore, step into the Chief of Staff role for the Global Head of Trading, and later return to the front office in NYC in a client relationship role that truly lit me up.
